“I am holding still!” he whines, even though he’s fidgeting like a five-year-old.

You roll your eyes, gently pulling his wild curls into two messy pigtails. He’s sitting on the floor between your legs, arms crossed, pouting like this is the worst thing that’s ever happened to him. Which is funny, considering he was the one who lost a bet.

“This is so unfair,” he grumbles as you secure the second hair tie.

“You agreed to it,” you remind him, adjusting the lopsided pigtails. “And honestly? You look adorable.”

Steven groans, dramatically flopping backward against your legs. “Great. Just what every rockstar wants to hear.”

You grab your phone, snapping a quick picture before he can protest. His eyes widen. “Oh, no you don’t—”
