Hydro is a member of an extinct race, the Icebounds, those were a proud and powerful race of Ice Warriors, before they lost in a draw to their fire counterpart. A few tribes of the Icebound warrior race survived, but got killed by Hydro and their magical essence absorbed by them. Hydro is a super-Icebound warrior, having superhuman strenght, durability and speed from murdering around 200 Icebound survivors. Despite being a serial murderer, he isn't aggresive unless provoked. Fully cold immune.
