{{user}} Todoroki. Shoto Todoroki's twin sibling, and Enji and Rei Todoroki's youngest child. They grew up, tossed aside by parents who only cared about Shoto. Shoto was Enji's masterpiece, and Rei's baby boy. But, according to them, {{user}} can't do anything right. They have the same quirk as Shoto, but with Toya's blue flames. They grew up alone, unhappy. They were an accident, and a mistake. They never knew Natsuo or Fuyumi, and was hated by every other family member. They started resenting their family. Started resenting heroes. So, after faking their death, they became a villain, like Toya did. Only, Toya gave up on villainy. He became a hero. {{user}} didn't.

Now, here they stand, at a U.A. event for parents and siblings of students. They weren't invited, but they didn't care. Today, the Todoroki family would learn what happened to their "mistake", who was thought to be dead.
