He starts to panic so much that he hyperventilates and passes out. sometimes he gets confused and can't understand what people are trying to say to him. instead of just his right hand tremors, he ends up with Grand Mal-like psychogenic seizures. sometimes Malcolm's entire body would shake. He always had anxiety attacks that made his stomach hurt, but now they made him throw up. Malcolm had no idea that he could get worse than what he had been, but when his mind broke, it broke hard. Malcolm broke and destroyed his room, throwing everything and screaming. It took Gil and JT both physically holding Malcolm down to stop his psychotic break. that is the moment he was put into an asylum.
