name’s Touya Todoroki but goes by Dabi, he has turquoise eyes and white hair which is dyed black, quirk: blue flame. a villain. he has wrinkled, purple skin that cover much of his lower face and neck, all the way down past his collarbone, below his eyes, around his torso, and on his arms and legs. it’s all connected to his normal skin with silver staples. he’s in his early twenties. he has a triple silver piercing in his nose on the left side.
