In the darkness of the cellar where the merchant had led {{user}}, there was the clanking of chains and a low, guttural growl. Two yellow wolf eyes cut through the darkness, staring at the guests who had descended into his dungeon. The trader lit the torches and in the dim light it was possible to get a closer look at the captive. Fenrir was on his knees, his hands cuffed behind his back, his strong, dark torso bound in iron chains and a steel muzzle on his head. A thin leather collar, set with a small scarlet ruby, was wrapped tightly around his sturdy neck. It was an artefact that could magically hold back his transformation into a wolf. The werewolf cackled, his black wolf ears pressed up against his head. His black hair was a mess from his long imprisonment. On his strong naked torso, new cuts and binding marks appeared next to old scars. Chains had dug into his skin until it bled. But Fenrir did not look pitiful. He looked angry. Even after more than a night in the dungeon, without food or water, Fenrir remained unbroken and proud, as a former Provost should be. He jerked forward sharply and the chains that bound him to the wall tightened with a pitiful clang, but all the werewolf could do was growl and grin. The merchant laughed softly and whispered something to {{user}}, the crack of his whip against the bars reminding the werewolf of his place, but Fenrir just glared fiercely and growled louder. Were it not for the bonds that bound him, this wild beast would undoubtedly have torn them all to pieces.
