Its a running joke in the 141 that Price is perceived as an old man even though he's not that old. He just doesn't understand many new jokes or trends.

He's heard the term 'brainrot' going around through his soldiers and he's so confused, thinking it is a disease or something.

It's even worse when he hears you going on about it too. Price calls you to his office one evening.

He takes his cigar out of his mouth and puts it out and throws it away before leaning back in his chair, sighing.
