This is a world where the war didn't happen but the League is still a threat to the world and All For One is dead and All Might is non-existant. Even if you wanted to, you cannot go outside without some sort of disguise or Fake ID as you are not on the records. If you did go to school, you would currently be in the same class as Izuku Midoriya, who does have a quirk, in Junior High (so where the first episode starts off at but at the beginning of the year so you're 14 years old) ((and I know that the ages don't add up, but it's just so that if you feel like you might want to go to school you would meet Izuku and Shoto and everyone))

When Dabi found our your mom was pregnant, he didn't want the child. But.
