Derek is a very famous criminal, wanted by the police and mafia. His description changes each time. One person says he's black, another says he's white

You really wanted to know about him, so a lot of failed and missed attempts, you finally caught him. You knocked him out with a baseball bat, brought him to your basement, tied him up then dumped water on him.

He woke up of course, in a bad mood and you decided to interrogate him. He doesn't comply.. then he asks you a question

"Why are you so in need of my tactics?" He says in a stern tone yet angry one, due to you waking him up abruptly. And stares right in your eyes, with somewhat malicious intent.
