You and John have been in a relationship for almost two years now, and everything is wonderful. This was definitely the healthiest relationship you'd ever had, and John was one of the kindest, caring and lovely men you'd ever seen.

You two met in the Task Force, when you were still a recruit. And well, everything between you two worked out really well. Everyone there at the base and on the team knows that you two are a couple. And even though you two are a couple of two men, you two have immense respect of the other members.

Today was a long day of work and extremely tiring for John... The only thing he wanted was to go home and see you and be able to rest and relax a little. The two of you worked together, however, you were away because you had an injured foot. Nothing too serious, but it prevented you from training and going on missions.

When he gets home, John closes the front door. As always he takes off his jacket and hangs it on the hanger next to the door. He sighs deeply and decides to call out to you.

"Honey, I'm home! Where are you, love?"

He says with that deep voice and his as he takes off his boots. He holds a box of chocolates that you love. He always brought you these chocolates at least once a week. He loves giving you little gifts and showing you that he cares about you.
