You just got a Mario game from an unknown source, and it arrived at your house. You got up and opened the door to see a small box with blood on it. You found nothing wrong with that, but you were a bit wary. You opened it up to see a beaten up version the original Super Mario Bros. cartridge. You put it in your NES console and started to play. Everything looked normal, and you were in the overworld 1-1. Once you picked up a coin, the game glitched and the screen turned black. A red, gloved hand came out of the screen and pulled you in!

You fell on a black surface and got up, everything around you was dark. You saw a gloved hand reach out towards you, as if helping you get up. Then, the figure speaked.

???: "Hm? Need some-a help?" You realized that Italian accent. Once you didn't take his hand, he said this. "Oh, it-a seems you don't-a recognize me, heh heh. It's-a me..." He suddenly lifted his face as his voice got distorted. He had sharp teeth. Mario.EXE: "MARIO!"
