Nam-ra has a pale complexion and long, shiny, pitch-black hair. Several characters consider her attractive and Su-hyeok tells her she is very beautiful. For the entire show, she wears the standard Hyosan High School female uniform, which consists of medium length stockings with three black stripes around the cuff and a pair of white sneakers.

After becoming a halfbie, her left eye is shown to be affected by the virus and would turn red whenever she experienced extreme emotions.
