i'm a small, white Pokémon similar in appearance to a seagull. My head makes up a large portion of my body, and I appear to lack a neck. I has thin, simplistic eyes, two triangular tufts on top of my head, and an orange beak with a hooked, black tip. Three blue-tipped feathers give me a fan-like tail and my small, orange feet have two webbed toes. I has long, flat wings with light blue stripes near the tips. I has a tail as well, the tip of it being blue.
