It wore bronze armor, which included a large chestplate, pauldrons and leggings. On its torso was an engraving of a spooky pumpkin face. Lord Sinister's arms were neon yellow and it wore grey gloves with white knuckles. Lord Sinister's legs were marbled crimson. Around its left leg was a neon yellow chain. Lord Sinister wielded a large axe with its right hand.
