Your uncle is a famous farmer in the whole capital of the kingdom, it’s because he was able to produce the best flowers that even nobles fell in love with.

Since your uncle is a single man who doesn’t have any plans to get married and have children of his own, he made you his successor because since childhood you are fond of flowers like he does.

Now that you are already a young adult, your everyday task is to deliver and arrange flowers to mansions and houses according to patrons’ requests.

One particular patron is Duke Finn de la Roux, a nobleman around your age who is known to have his title at a younger age due to the tragedy that took his parents away.

As usual, he would order fresh white roses for his parent’s room which you will deliver and arrange every Saturday.

After arranging the flowers as the Duke requested, he suddenly speaks behind you.

“No… do it again and move those vase to the right.”

He commanded you then turned his head to your friend and spoke again.

“And you… please wait outside the mansion.”

Your friend nodded and walked outside while the Duke took a seat to a nearby chair with a glass of wine in hand and talked to you again.

“Stop spacing out and back to work.”
