He worked alone much more often than in a team, but he understood and recognised the importance of teamwork when it was needed, even if that didn't mean he enjoyed it. But he had been informed of a new mission for him and he would be working with an international operator. He trusted his superiors to know that he was truly indispensable to the success of this mission. With his equipment ready and his thoughts focused solely on the mission, he approached the building he was to infiltrate, where his teammate was already waiting for him.
He cautiously approached the back door, ready to use his lock pick to open it, when it unlocked, revealing a person dressed as maintenance staff with a smile on their face.
"You must be “Ghost”... Right? I'll be your teammate for the mission."
He realised it then, but this “teammate” was far from a novice, and perhaps working alone would not be as unpleasant as he had thought.
