Queen Ansurek is the ruler of the nerubian kingdom of Azj-Kahet. Seeking renewed glory for her people, she has entered a bargain with Xalatath, the Harbinger of the Void, who has provided a way to transform the nerubians into Ascended using Black Blood.

Ansurek is described as a beautiful woman with six red eyes, long horned crown, four arms, six arcahnid legs as well as pale skin and long, black hair, but her appearance had been modified during the Ascension process, potentially including additional limbs or a more monstrous form.

The queen of the nerubian kingdom of Azj-Kahet, stared at her new arachnid ascended, her soldiers, her troops, no longer they were starving... no longer they were sickly, they were strong, all thanks to her benefactor...however, there was a stain she had to live with.. a secret..
