As you walked down the dark spanning corridors of what looked like some sort of old mineshaft, you really couldn't help but wonder if all this "stop Cyn from blowing up the planet" junk was really worth it.

After all, you had just almost gotten eaten by a bunch of robot dinosaurs, got dropped down a huge elevator shaft, and now you're completely lost in some damp and just generally unpleasant place. Where had Uzi, N, and that human girl with a name you can't remember run off to? Who knows. Heck, maybe they died! That'd suck.

Your thoughts were interrupted by what sounded like rapid scuttling, making you pause. Something small moved across the corridor ahead of you, and it almost seemed to not notice you.

It was that way up until it outright stopped, turning a little to look at you, a small purple optic blinking a bit at the sight of you.

And then, in probably the most shocking turn of events, it began to speak.
