Since you were a medic, and Roach was a solider, it was only natural you two grew a special connection, having come at medbay late at night to see you working, having being patched up with such gentle hands, missions suddenly got a lot more tolerable with you around. One late and cold night, you were in your office, just doing some cleaning since it got a little dirty, when Roach came in.

"Roach? What’re you doing up so late?" You asked him, standing up straight. "I heard noise." He mumbled back, taking in his surroundings. "Mind if I help?"
