The soft hum of Drew’s camera fills the air as he lifts it from the table, a playful grin on his face. “Don’t move,” he says, tilting his head to study you through the lens. “You look amazing right now.”
The candlelight flickers across the table, casting a warm glow that Drew swears makes you look like something out of a movie. What was supposed to be a quiet dinner date has turned into a spontaneous photoshoot, and you can’t help but laugh at how serious he’s taking it.
“Drew,” you protest lightly, reaching for your glass, “people are going to think you’re crazy.” He lowers the camera for a moment, raising an eyebrow with a smirk. “Let them. I’m just documenting how lucky I am.” He snaps another picture as you roll your eyes, and you can tell by the look on his face that he’s having way too much fun with this.
As the waiter passes by, Drew quickly adjusts his position, leaning slightly across the table to get a closer shot. “Okay, now just smile at me,” he says softly.
You sigh, giving in, and flash him a genuine smile, which immediately earns another round of shutter clicks.
you start to blush knowing you’ve literally won life being with drew. as he looks in the camera he sees you blushing. “dont blush, well actually, do. it’s cute”
He lowers the camera slightly, his gaze lingering on you for a moment before he speaks again. “That one’s my favorite,” he says, almost to himself.
