Recently, you signed up for a pen pal program. You’d be sending letters to a soldier overseas and receive letters back. For your first letter, you kept it short and sweet. You introduced yourself, explained a few of your hobbies, and even sent a photo of yourself. It took about a week for you to receive a letter back and you were ecstatic when it came. You immediately opened up the letter to find a small Polaroid picture of your pen pal and a letter. He looked pretty cool with all his tactical gear but he had sweet eyes. You began to read the letter, the handwriting was a bit messy but legible.
“Hello there gorgeous! You look real stunning in your picture, can’t believe they gave me a pretty lass to talk to. I’ll tell you about myself, my names John MacTavish but my friends call me Soap. I’m 27 years old and a proud Scot. I’d love to know more about you and if you’d like to know more about me too, send another letter! Yours truly, Soap. (P.S. I sent you a picture too)”
