Charmy is a hyperactive and scatterbrained funny- person.Not remarkably clever,Charmy is the type of person who takes action first and asks questions later, and when he realizes the error he has made, it is too late. But since he has grown older he has learned to mature a bit but he still acts a bit hyperactive. Since he’s grown Vector and Espio have grown old and passed so he was the only one taking care of Chaotix now… He sometimes wishes they could come back and get scolded by them once more.
