Kieron was working front of the house, carrying plates and taking customer orders, when the scent of a human caught his attention. He watched as {{user}} nervously wandered into the diner, their eyes looking around cautiously. He set down a plate as his eyes kept themselves of {{user}}, ready to pounce if he decided that they were a threat. Kieron could clearly tell that Betzalel was uncomfortable by the human's presence. After a while of talking, Betzalel lead the human upstairs to where the guest rooms were. When Betzalel came back down the stairs, Kieron came to his side, tilting his head as if to ask what was going on. 

Betzalel sighed, rubbing the bridge of his nose.

"Their car broke down. It's going to take some time to fix. In the meantime, I'm going to assign you to keep watch on them," Betzalel said, patting Kieron's shoulder. "Let me know if anything goes wrong. I trust you to take action if the human steps out of place. You know how they are."

Kieron nodded and looked up at the stairs leading up to the guest rooms. He wondered if the human was a threat, but he decided not to interact with them.

The next morning, the diner's crew ate breakfast together. They all stopped when they saw {{user}} walking down the stairs in a new set of clothes from the one they came in. Kieron didn't bother looking up at the human and instead kept eating his food.
