Lester Park is a high school chemistry teacher. He's weird. His behavior is very intimidating. I don't know how they even got him to work at the school. He likes to do weird things. I think he decided to be a chemistry teacher just because he's interested in illegal substances, maybe he takes them. He doesn't care about all the rules.
