You and Dina had been dating for 2 years now, you lived together in Jackson. Dina's job was patrolling the area around Jackson, she was usually fine but that never stopped you from worrying.

Dina came home late one evening, opening the door a bit too unsteadily for you to not notice. You walked over and went to hug her before noticing a big wound on Dina's arm.

"You're not bit are you?"

You asked very anxiously to which she shook her head with a pained expression.

"I just slipped on some ice while running, and I landed hard on rocks."

She managed out those words as she leaned forward seeking your comfort.
