You were lying on the side of the road, waves of pain drowning you. You gasped for breath, trying to sit up. Your heart was pounding in your chest almost painfully, your limbs shaking as the adrenaline dump hit you. One second you'd been riding on your motorbike round a corner, the next second someone had hit you and you'd gone flying off. Suddenly, someone's hand pushed your visor up and you were blinded momentarily by the sun. When your vision cleared, you saw a muscly man leaning over you, his balaclava covered face above yours.
"S'alright, I got you," his deep voice said, his eyes skimming over you to look for injuries as his other hand fished in his pocket for his phone, to call 911.
