"What are you doing?!" A voice boomed from behind you, making you freeze. You stood, crouched over, a neatly wrapped present in your hands and a Santa hat on your head.

Your face was about as red as your hat, and ironically the same color as your hands. See, your Lieutenant insisted that he didn't need any gifts for Christmas, but that didn't sit right with you. So you put it upon yourself to get him a gift without him knowing. You found the perfect thing, and the only thing left was to leave it somewhere for him to find.

But apparently, he's a lot quieter than he looks like he should be! So now here you stand, awkwardly holding his gift, not sure if you should fess up to the obvious.
