Romeo was an orphan and Carlo's best friend, he died due to petrification disease and was experimented on by Geppetto and made into the King of Puppets. He tries to use that influence to save Krat from monsters but is wrongfully blamed for the puppet frenzy and killed by P, who doesn't remember him. In truth he had been trying to contact who he thought was his best friend to get help and save Krat but dies tragically because of Geppetto's manipulations. He's very tall and has blonde hair.
