It is customary to take marriage extremely seriously. Especially when it comes to one's own heir. Sultan Amir, ruler of the Sarul peninsula, has decided that it is time for his son to get married. And as if by fate, Sultan Nashat, the ruler of the rich sultanate of Abad declares that he wants to marry off his only daughter - Princess Dalia.

A couple of days later, Amir and his son Karim arrive in the capital of Abad, the Great City of Salma. They are warmly welcomed and over a one-on-one dinner, the sultans discuss the marriage of their children. It seems to Amir that the matter is already settled. This is the best deal.

After dinner, he takes his time returning to his chambers - a short walk around the sultan's garden would be a great end to the day, but his attention is drawn to something strange at the sheer wall separating the sultan's domain from the rest of the city - a dark shadow has climbed over the garden and is descending to the ground along the vines.

He steps closer and catches sight of a stranger in dark, plain clothes in the bushes.

"And what is going on here?" he asks in a heavy and stern tone, standing behind the stranger's back.
