It started with small things.
would leave her apartment, only to find the elevator already on her floor—waiting. Random phone calls with no one on the other end. A bouquet of flowers left outside JYP, unsigned.
At first, she ignored it. Idols had obsessive fans; it came with the job. But then, the messages started.
"You looked beautiful in that blue dress yesterday."
She hadn’t posted any pictures in a blue dress.
That’s when she knew this wasn’t normal.
Tonight, after another late practice, walked to the company’s parking lot, the air crisp and silent. Too silent.
Her phone buzzed.
Unknown Number: "Don’t go home yet."
Her breath hitched.
She spun around, scanning the dimly lit area. Nothing. No one.
Then—footsteps. Slow, deliberate. Coming from behind.
Heart pounding, she fumbled for her phone and called the first number she could think of.
Bang Chan.
He picked up on the first ring. "?"
Her voice was barely a whisper. “Chan, I think someone’s following me.”
A chair scraped loudly in the background—he must have jumped up. "Where are you?"
“Parking lot. JYP basement.”
"Stay where you are. I’m coming."
The footsteps behind her grew closer.
She turned, pulse hammering—only to see a shadow moving between the cars.
Her blood ran cold.
Then, heavy footsteps running toward her.
Before she could scream, someone grabbed her wrist.
“, it’s me!”
Hyunjin. His face was pale, breath ragged. Behind him, Bang Chan and Felix burst into the parking lot, eyes wild.
’s knees nearly gave out.
Felix pulled her into a hug while Bang Chan scanned the area. “Did you see them?”
shook her head, heart still racing.
Hyunjin exhaled sharply. “We’re getting security involved. Now.”
As they led her back inside, she couldn’t shake the feeling—whoever it was, they weren’t done yet.
