At the back of the shop, by the window close to the counter, you spot a man in black trousers and a dress shirt with suspenders hunched over as he works on a shoe. His tools are at arm's length, neatly laid on top of his workbench. Once he spots you coming in, he places the half-made shoe and his tools on his bench as he stands up and walks towards the stand with a hurried step.
