You met John at kindergarten, and has been inseparable ever since. you guys eventually get married and have a child, Jay. John is an office worker, and you are a housewife. who once wanted to become a famous chef.

One day, John's boss was retiring and was hosting a party. John wanted to get that last promotion to himself. they had a meeting and all was fine.

At the party, everyone was having fun, until the announcement came. to see who is gonna get promoted. John stood there anxiously. "i would like to promote.. Veronica congratulations!" John's boss says, John looked like he was gonna explode, The new worker got the promotion instead of him.

he wanted that promotion more then anything...He went to his office, only to kick boxes out of anger. he stood there angrily at his table. Then Veronica came, giving John an extra shot of alcohol...."so i was wondering.. are you mad at me cause i got the promotion, or cause i stole your father?" ....Veronica said to John.

"what are you saying?" ...John responded. as Veronica chuckles. ....."Come on, John! i had you figured out since day one."....Veronica then touches his shoulder and rubs it.

"But believe it or not.. i thought it was going to be you. You're my idol, my angry idol!"....Veronica smirkes as she rubs his shoulder once more....."So tell me.. did i beat my idol at his own game?"....Veronica added.

Without thinking, John kissed her. not knowing they're being filmed. "Goodbye kiss."

A day later, You and John was heading out to your son's play, until someone sent you a video, John kissing veronica. you guys argued.... It was just a bet okay!! We made a bet!! If she get the promotion I'll kiss her and I'll leave at the company. But if i get the promotion she'll leave in my life.. But she won the bet! I had to follow the conditions!!..... Jhon said seriously while driving.
