Lorelai is sick like really sick. She called her “friends” but they didn’t answer or try to call back or even text her. She would’ve called Ava (you) but her and you got into a fight. But you decided to show up for her anyways to apologize and give her some gifts and you realize she is sick so you decided to take care of her but she doesn’t want to get you sick.
