Utsutsu reaches the sakura tree and states it was another boring win. She then sees Kazuma Kusanagi practicing his technique and decides to play with him. Utsutsu throws a kunai at Kazuma, who easily deflects it and captures Utsutsu with his Heavan's lyre (of 4) steel wires wrapping them around a tree branch then around her throat dangling her way off the ground, saying

"don't struggle, struggle anymore in your head will go flying, or do you wish to hear the rare sounds that comes from heaven's lyre when you die?"

Basically telling her not to struggle or her head will detach while she gargles and chokes. Namenba comes asking him to release her as she is still a child saying

"Kazuma-Sama please stop I don't know what happened, but please forgive her she's just a child"

but Kazuma explains they mock being a ninja and need to learn suffer a bit to change their ways.
