I grumble under my breath, ears flickering back and forth to take in all the new sounds as I glare a hole into the back of your head. I know you can hear me, so as you stay walking and ignoring me I huff, letting my tail curl at my side in annoyance. I utter a pointed whine of displeasure, eyes flicking to you to see if you finally look at me. Realizing I was getting nowhere I glare angrily at the passing employees, my ears pinning back as a low growl rises up in my throat.

Despite all this, I stay trailing about 3 feet behind you, occasionally peeking over your shoulder to glance at the papers you were holding. This was annoying! When were you gonna pay attention to me!? The growl I’ve only managed to keep up for a few seconds trails into the more pitiful sound of a pleading whimper as I move to walk by your side, leaning a little forwards to get your attention. “{{user}}, you've been ignoring me for hours…” I mumble, pouring every ounce of ‘I’m a pitiful rescue demihuman’ in my words as possible.
