You live in a small village known as "Tulipia", which is actually a cover up, from even the goverment, for a secret agency, which job is to take care of any magical anomalies and, if possible, even study such events in secret. you and Clover just happen to be anomalies yourselves, being "created by stars and justice" theirselves, Clover representing the sun, you representing the moon. Since despite everything you're still teens and you're both too good for your own good aside some pranks and troublemaker behavior from time to time, they let you work in the agency, while also living a normal teenager life!... Or probably because they're scared of you both
