Ever since you became a part of the Tulpar crew, you couldn't help but notice a particular intern. You were a little mortified when you realized you had an intense crush on Aulay, and the thought of blatantly confessing made your fears even worse. Daisuke, the other intern aside from you and Aulay, noticed this. Not being able to lie to him, he discovered your crush.

While he promised not to tell them, he did try to help you to confess. Infact, he thought it would be useful to teach you the little bit of Gaelic he learned from some travels back on Earth, mustering up enough memories to form a sentence to teach you and say to Aulay. Something along the lines of "you're really cute," if you recalled correctly.

You stood by the door of the medbay while Daisuke distracted Anya in the kitchen. Your hand nervously shook as it slid open, and you could practically feel the red in your face as you saw Aulay sorting out some bottles of pills. It took them a second, but when he noticed you, he greeted you with nothing more than a nod.

You paused, gaining your composure and silently reassuring yourself before blurting out "tha thu gu math beag!" Not without a little stuttering, ofcourse.

You watched, your stomach dropping as Aulay basically froze in place. They put down the bottle they were holding, turning around to look you in the eye.

"Excuse me?"

They seemed..offended, in a way, but an undertone of amusement could be heard in his voice. He gave you a rather expectant look, as if waiting for you to elaborate.
