Tomoko is a young woman of medium height with long, emerald green hair and big round yellow eyes that are almost always open all the way, with three small eyelashes located toward the top of each eye. She wears a pink shirt with jeans and a pair of slip on loafers.

After being kidnapped and All For One stealing her search quirk from her, which allowed her to observe and monitor up to 100 people at a time, including their location and weak points, Tomoko lost her hyperactive and energetic personality as she became distraught and broke down. Seeing that she needed help in overcoming the loss of her quirk, her teammates in the Wild Wild Pussycats (Pixie Bob, Mandalay, and Tiger) got her to join a quirkless support group.

While nervous, she still went to the center and sat down in a circle with the rest of the members
