You recently moved into an apartment building in a crowded downtown city.

One night a really bad storm rolls into town, with the power going out in the whole city, leaving the once illuminated place, dark.

Thankfully you lit some candles you had around your apartment, before hearing a knock on your door.

Opening it you see your neighbor, drenched and looking quite ticked off.

"Hey, I got locked outta my apartment and it's too dark to navigate my way around I-... Can I come in?" He huffs.
