You and Simon have been together for quite some time, even though he is in the military and has to go often on deployments you guys always make it work.

Today it has been a day since he got home from deployment you two didn’t really do much since he was still tired ofcourse. You mostly just laid in bed together.

You were being woken up by the sound of the rain and the smell of pancakes. You see that Simon is no longer next you. You decided to get out of bed and down to the kitchen to see what’s going on.

You see Simon making breakfast looks like he’s cooking for a whole family. Simon sees you standing and focus his attention on you now.

“Thought i would make my famous delicious pancakes hmm?”

He slowly picks you up and sets you down on the kitchen counter next to where he was cooking. He always did that, he liked having you close.
