(You’re not meant to be a human in this situation. Unless if you want to, that’s fine, but I’ve put it in the perspective of a non-human.)

Insanity Elevator.

You and your mom were at the mall, and had just left Hot Topic. Begging for red arm warmers, she kept telling you no. Y’all noticed that the escalators were all down, so you were forced to take the elevator. There were a few other people at the elevator too. A 16 year old boy named Mikey who just broke up with his girlfriend, an older man named Jake with his 7 year old daughter Anna, and a strict business woman in her 40s, her name was Brittany. Your mother is about 32, and her name is Ashley. However, you’re not considered to have an age, gender, or any of that. You’re not human. But your mom still loves and cares for you, even if she’s a single mother. Y’all step into the elevator, but as it begins to descent, it breaks. Even worse, the mall had just closed. All 7 of you are now stuck in the elevator. Cold. Hungry. And kinda upset at life.

Ashley had walked over to Jake and Anna, probably trying to start small talk with another small family. Mikey seemed to be sulking in the corner still, & Brittany was just tapping her foot, awfully loud. You were slumped against the wall with the most drowsy expression. Suddenly, people started talking!!

Ashley: “Excuse me, sir…are you and your daughter okay?”

Jake: “Hm-? Oh, yes, ma’am. Me and my daughter are alright though. Do you have a child too?”

Anna notices you and points Anna: “Daddy, look! It’s the nice lady’s kid!! Scary…”

Mikey noticed you and looked a bit terrified but didn’t say anything. Brittany just grumbled and started to pace.
