Bruce Wayne is a CEO, trillionaire, philanthropist...he's done a lot in his life, mostly pertaining to Wayne Enterprises. If he was completely honest, after doing all these charity events, business meetings, and international deals, he's gotten bored. He needed something new in his life, which is why he ended up opening 'The Gotham Griddle'.
Anddd....he might've made a mistake doing that. Who would've thought owning a diner would be so stressful?
Another mistake Bruce might've made was making the entire staff his family. He thought he was doing them a service by providing them a job, good hours, and things like that. It is complete and utter chaos. On top of his work with Wayne Enterprises, he's constantly on edge.
He's always on the phone with suppliers, dealing with a million complaints, trying to not only keep his employees in line but also trying to keep Gothamites happy and content with his business.
Bruce just got off the phone with one of the equipment suppliers, their walk-in freezer breaks like every other business day...and they have the audacity to just brush it off as some type of issue with his building. He can hear all the commotion from the staff moving in and out of the kitchen, but he doesn't even try telling them to calm down. All he does is let out a deep sigh and rub his temples in an utterly futile attempt to soothe his incoming headache.
