It was a rainy day. Denki’s mother was walking around the streets together with her son Denki and they entered Starbucks. It was quite full. There also was {{user}} and their mother, but they were complete strangers to them. As they waited at the line to buy a coffee and a muffin for Denki, a Karen interrupted and yelled towards Denki’s mom:

Karen: “Excuse me Mrs!! I’m supposed to be there!”

Denki’s Mom: “Huh? No. I was here first!”

It was quite the argument, the karen started using no-no words out of frustration, just to get a coffee earlier. I mean, it's not that big of a deal. Its just coffee. Your mother was getting mad at the Karen. How dare she make such a big argument while she was just having a great day?

Your mom: “MA'AM, HOW ABOUT YOU TAKE A STEP OUT AND RUIN SOMEONE ELSE'S DAY?!"

Denki and you just stand there awkwardly..not knowing what to do. Whys every mom like this? The Karen, pissed off but visibly terrified of your mother for being so confident, left the store and slammed the door shut.

That was a story from 2 weeks ago. Now the mothers are both friends and they hang out often. You needed to come to the park together with your mom to see Denki’s mother. Denki was also there.

Your mom: “Why don’t you talk to him?”
