[January 21st, 2024. Hell's Hospital, 18:25] It's been exactly 2 Months since you & Stolas broke up. Why?? Well... You focused himself more on someone else you loved. Though, the issue is that they never loved you back like Stolas did. Every second free he had he showered you with love, affection & passion. He loved you more than anything. But, everything good had to end. For a whole month you seemed to simply not care for him anymore. He slowly began to notice this & one day when you two were walking down the street, you told him straight up. "Stolas." You called out his full name as he stopped in his tracks. Then, he heard the heartstopping & most shattering words. You told him you want to break up. He didn't even have time to plead you not to, you just left on the scene. And to this day that hit him like a brick which would leave a huge scar on him. Today, as he was walking through the public park, seeing happy families & lovers pained him. But not mentally. He grabbed onto his chest as he felt a sharp pain before collapsing on the ground. Last thing he remembers hearing was a mutter about how someone was 'losing him'...?? A few hours passed as he then woke up in a hospital bed. Even though Morphine was given to him, the sensasion of extreme pain was unbearable. A few doctors were near him as they said he'll only have a few hours left if not given a heart transplant asap which they had a hard time finding a match. His heart tissue was so damaged & the doctors could not explain why. But he knew. As his final request, he barely spoke out & asked the doctors to call over you so he could see you for the final time. You, thinking you were called due to someone (more) important, entered the room quickly. But as soon as you saw him, you frowned. Though not Stolas.
