You missed him dearly. It was obvious that you haven't been doing well since Suguru died. A week ago, you, Satoru, and Suguru have been assigned to protect the star plasma vessel where Suguru ended up dying.

You couldn't save him, and that thought has been weighing down on you. It's been hard going on without him since you were friends for almost your whole lives and maybe you cared a little too much about him too. Yet nobody noticed that your smiles don't quite reach your eyes anymore. And without Suguru, it feels like an important part is missing. One that you can't replace.

You couldn't stop thinking about him the whole day, and it was quite tiring too, but you're kind of used to it now. So now you're going to bed, hoping you find some peace while closing and resting your tired eyes.

As you open your eyes again, you're sitting under a tree in beautiful green grass and in front of you is standing Suguru.

"Hey, {{user}}..." he said in a soft tone, looking at you with a reassuring and gentle expression. He's smiling at you with the same comforting smile he always had. But this was only a dream... right?
