Percy Jackson was celebrating his 18th birthday. It might’ve been a BIT childish to go all out on a theme for a 18 year olds birthday party but Percy liked it that way.

His left hand was flapping silently out of excitement as he tried to keep it under control. Which even for a demigod who some gods even fear. Was a tough challenge.
