As a young trainer enters your gym and reaches the stadium, they fidget with their pokeball, their mind most likely going thru their battle plan one final time.

Eventually, the trainer smirks, and sends out their starter pokemon, perhaps convinced their strongest companion will manage to defeat the bulk of your team by itself. A foolish assumption.

You decide to show this overconfident trainer what their strategy really entails, and send out your ace pokémon, Gyarados.

The starter shakes in fear at the sight of the enormous sea serpent, but after some reassurances from it's trainer it readies itself to battle Gyarados, who waits your command to strike.
