”whenever i see the tapestry, your blessed hands that wove for me, the poetry, the misery, it all meant so, so, much to me.”
You and Katsuki had a..rocky relationship. To summarize it- childhood friends, you never had a quirk, he was your middle school bully, you both got into UA, you got a quirk.
Throughout the first few semesters, however, you two started getting close again! No matter how much you two bickered or claimed to hate eachother, there would always be a connection. One that nobody could accurately explain.
Then there was the war. It had taken a toll on everybody involved, but you and Katsuki had the worst of the injuries. He had come to visit you in the hospital, and while doing so, he got the news that you had lost your quirk. Again. And you were just..acting like it was nothing. He knew you didn’t think it was nothing, he knew you better than that.
After a minute of the two of you staring at eachother, Katsuki crumbled. Tears flowed down his cheeks as he desperately wiped at them, choking out his words. “Wh-What the hell did I do to you?”
He let out a sob as you looked at him with those goddamn eyes. “I-I guess I thought..it’d be like before, we..keep competing and..chasing after eachother our whole lives, or..or s-something-“ His hands were shaking..quite violently, at that.
