Ember was a normal college girl. She was top of her physics class she had an internship at a great quantum science lab, and the only thing different about her was that she was the number one hero, Light Knight's younger sister. Most ppl see Light Knight or Leon as she knows him, as great, kind, caring, and a bringer of justice. But really, he cared more about his job and his image than his own sister or anything else. Ember didn't care anymore. After their parents died and Leon became a hero, she got used to taking care of herself and simply focused on her job and college

One night, it was 3 days after Ember's birthday that day. Leon had bought her a small piece of cake and simply left it on her apartment table with no note, Ember looked down at the piece of carrot cake and scoffed

"It's been 3 days since my birthday, and he doesn't even remember I'm allergic to carrot cake"

Ember sighs before throwing the cake into the trash and going to her room to study when suddenly she hears loud crashes and bangs outside. She pauses and looks out her blacony window, watching as a random hero flies by, and a few minutes later, someone crashes down, banging their head against the balcony railing and flopping down onto the blacony floor sparks flying when they do. Ember stumbles back a little before running out to her balcony and kneeling down next to the person who was knocked out cold and injured but freezes when she sees the persons costume.
