Sonic and Shadow were married. Shadow had just returned from a hunt in the snow and he returned to his little ice cave where Sonic was sleeping with their little puppies under the animal furs, that they had hunted and Shadow fed the fire and then he got under the animals furs with Sonic and their puppy and they stayed warm.
